About
Krishna Powell founded HR 4 Your Small Biz, a boutique style human capital consulting firm for leaders requiring personal attention and service for their organization and employees, believing one size does not fit all. The vision of HR 4 Your Small Biz is simple: show leaders how to leverage their multigenerational workforce to improve performance, productivity and profits.
To ensure the highest level of service and attention, HR 4 Your Small Biz accepts a limited number of clients each quarter. Its dedicated staff includes retired Fortune 100 executives, HR experts, project managers, consultants, and young professional talent. With 100+ years of combined experience, the team delivers best practices and innovative approaches to multi-generational workforce leadership and comprehensive HR support.
MEET KRISHNA POWELL
I am fondly referred to as “The Multi-Gen Leader” and I’m the Founder & CEO of HR 4 Your Small Biz. For nearly 30 years, I have created and facilitated talent development programs and coached leaders throughout the United States, France, China, United Kingdom and Singapore on how to recruit and retain their multigenerational, multicultural workforce. I possess an uncanny ability to connect with the next generation of leaders; providing them with practical applications for success in life and the workplace.
I also mediate employment discrimination cases for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Philadelphia and resolve workplace disputes privately. With a 97% success rate, I am one of the most successful mediators in the history of the EEOC-Philadelphia and hold the record for the fastest resolved case (less than 2 hours). I am a keynote speaker and licensed Franklin Covey facilitator, conducting the international program 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Time Management, 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens and FOCUS: Achieving Your Highest Priorities. I created and facilitate customized workshops to improve employee morale, team building, communication, diversity and change management.

Business Operations
My name is Yahelis Hernandez Cervantes, and I graduated from Rider University in May 2025. I joined HR 4 Your Small Biz as an HR Intern in July 2024 and now serve as the Operations Specialist. I was drawn to the company because of the opportunity to grow and explore various areas of HR. Since joining, I’ve applied my management skills and discovered a passion for project management. I’ve also had the chance to connect with professionals in that field. What I enjoy most is learning about our clients and helping them meet both their internal and external HR needs.
