MILLENIALS MAKING MOVES
For the past 10 years, HR 4 Your Small Biz has used its proprietary Millennials Making Moves program to boost millennial employee performance and productivity by 35% within 45 days.
The program targets professionals aged 21–35 and is structured in three levels: intermediate, advanced, and master.
Intermediate Level
The intermediate level includes 6 courses over 8 weeks, each 90 minutes with pre- and post-work. It builds business acumen, communication, critical thinking, and project management for those new to the workplace seeking to earn management’s respect.
(Designed for professionals aged 21–30 with under 7 years of full-time corporate experience.)
Advanced Level
This 10-week intensive targets four key areas senior leaders value for promotion: strategic planning, execution, and conflict resolution.
Prerequisite: completion of the intermediate level or 7+ years of full-time corporate experience; must be 26+ years old.
Mastery Level CEO 101
This 12-week senior leadership program is for those aiming for a seat at the executive table.
Prerequisite: Completion of the advanced level and current or aspiring management role (supervisory level or higher).
Includes coaching in 6 key areas, such as strategic alliances, C-suite networking, and personal branding.
